Remote Opener Agreement: The member does hereby agree to Lease from Stonebrook Village HOA a serialized remote opener for the Southlake gate on Vineyard Ln, Pace, FL. This remote opener shall be used solely by the member for access of members only. Member shall be allowed to lease up to (2) remotes per lot owned in Stonebrook and replacement remotes shall be $150 ea. SBVHOA reserves the right to change prices or amend this policy without notice. Member agrees to report the loss of the opener and indemnify SBVHOA against any actions resulting from the misuse of the opener. It is understand that the Lease and use of the opener may be terminated anytime, at the discretion of the Board of Directors without refund to the Member or liability of the Association. The submission of this form and lease payment shall constitute acceptance of these terms.
